ENDOSCOPY NURSES' & TECHNICIANS' TRAINING COURSE

Dates:    Tuesday, 29 May OR Wednesday 30 May 2018
                The training will be repeated on each day, so choose which day is best for you to attend.


Location: Workshop room, lower level foyer by Hall 1 (bottom of escalator), Gallagher Convention Centre.


Overview:

This workshop promises to provide an overview of flexible endoscopy and ancillaries. The main goal is to ensure damage prevention to the equipment as well as to maintain the highest levels of patient safety. The course will also undertake the manual cleaning steps for the endoscope reprocessing as well as the safe & effective ways to disinfect and store the devices. The Workshop will include several breakout sessions where you can experience the equipment and can partake in several activities as per the following stations:

  • Endotherapy devices station
  • Manual disinfection station
  • Endoscopy tower station
