Moscow Export Center was established by the Moscow Government as a unified service provider in order to promote Moscow manufacturers worldwide. 

Main focus:

  • Maintain MADE IN MOSCOW export catalogue as a reliable source of export oriented manufacturers and products
  • Organize business missions with foreign sales representatives and partners to maximize target contact base and save company time and resources
  • Maintain business contacts with partners worldwide to increase mutual trade
  • Organize technology tours for potential buyers and partners to Moscow manufacturers’ facilities
  • Promote Moscow companies to foreign markets through e-commerce.

MADE IN MOSCOW program promotes products manufactured by Moscow companies to foreign markets by organizing collective exhibition stands at international industrial exhibitions in Russia and worldwide, with 100% subsidies offered by the Moscow Government.

Vitaly Stepanov

Vitaliy Stepanov, Ph.D. in Economics, currently he is holding the post of Acting CEO of Moscow Export Center. Vitaliy has extensive experience in the field of investments attraction and support of investment projects. Started his career in Ernst & Young, then held various positions in major state corporations: Rosseti, Rosatom, VEB. In 2016 Vitaliy joined the Moscow City Government team. In the beginning of 2017 as a Deputy CEO of Moscow Export Center, he was in charge of export contracts and new programs for Moscow potential exporters. He graduated from Lomonosov MSU.

Maxim Kazimirsky

Maxim Kazimirsky is a certified health consultant and specialist in frequency wave diagnostics. In 2011 he graduated from Alfa-Med International School as an "Expert in Frequency Wave Diagnostic" with a strong focus on ‘Holistic Health and Healing’ and ‘Stress Management’.
