For the 2019 edition of the Healthcare Technology Life-Cycle Management Conference, the two main themes that will be explored include engineering asset management and universal health coverage. Engineering asset management includes both health technology and infrastructure, and these need to be aligned for effective healthcare delivery.  Focusing on this, while also covering universal health coverage will look closer into the questions of how they both are related, and how effective engineering asset management is a key enabler of universal health coverage.

This conference aims to promote the better management of healthcare technology, and to provide the practical advice needed on all aspects related to this subject.
